Our lamb is exceptional compared to conventional lamb and here is why… Our lambs are fed on a diet of good quality seed and meadow grass with a high content of clover, the pastures they graze are organically managed and this results in a healthier meat with more goodness and more flavour. They are naturally reared with their mothers and fed on the natural milk whilst they are young. Ethically produced under strict animal welfare standards whilst ensuring that both wildlife and soil health is protected on the land. All our lamb is dry hung for 7 days for maximum flavour and a more tender meat. Grass fed lamb is exceptional compared to conventional lamb because sheep are ruminant animals so are designed to eat grass and have stomachs divided into four compartments to digest grass and its nutrients properly. Our lamb is 100% grass fed compared lambs fed on a grain and soya based diet.
